Business certainty will require a movement in integrity. As a leader your integrity will be an amalgamation of external experiences that will create the governance for how you relate. 

A 360-degree turnaround in your emotional and spiritual consciousness will accelerate how you relate to yourself.  A deeper sense of self will accelerate your potential to govern.

Through exploration and experiences, you will transition with the clarity to implement a new way. Nothing is an overnight change. The transition is an awakening; an awareness from one mode of being to another. 

The sociology of our collective consciousness will require that the personal identification of a leader must be sought on a deeper level. From the knowledge that is presented to you, you will be able to establish a structure of sustainable attributes and actions. You will begin to implement change through a clear understanding and definition of what needs to change within you. 

What will be happening at this time is a synchronicity of external circumstances that will form some of the clarity. This is a natural process of change that will happen in mass. The flow of such a transition will have to align with the mass consciousness that is creating the change. 

Fairness and understanding are vital attributes for healthy productivity. Employers will have to operate from incentives such as profit share to commence a valued dynamic of commitment.

Trust and truth will replace politics and lies. External market forces will require trust and faith, not in a spiritual term but in human terms; to trust in the self and in each other.

Leadership can only be understood through a deeper understanding of oneself. In a total new shift in intellectual development, leaders will be enlightened to know what is happening within the collective consciousness. The collective consciousness wants to relate beyond the laws of equality. 

People will want to experience a sense of belonging and unity. A place where everyone thrives and is successful. Not everyone’s blueprint is to lead, and yet everyone is a leader in their own way. Everyone has rights.  Company values will have to align with the people. It will take deep collaborations and connections based on mutual sharing to stay afloat. 

Old-style virtues, respect, honour and truth are indeed the new workplace essentials.  A primary focus on what is important in business is the rapid change.

The Shift – Identification 

1.     The growing collective consciousness will place a priority on shared opportunity and collaboration. Placing community at the centre of agenda. 

2.     The collective consciousness will desire a sense of belonging in unity to thrive.

3.     External market forces will require a healthier and more honest accountability of how to relate within a values basis structure. 

4.     External market forces will command and demand a sense of care for each other. 

5.     External financial factors and perceived difficulties in trade create a must-have union, based on old fashioned values of trust, honesty and word. 

6.     Sustainability comes through the building of family-based structures. No longer will output be outweighed by people who are supplied and demanded only when needed. 

7.     There will be an advancement in all intelligences. Physical, emotional, mindful, financial, spiritual. 

8.     A deeper identification of the leader’s alignments and actions to respond to the collective consciousness is the shift in your own consciousness that YOU will need to take.
