Energy Mastery

Let’s start from a definition, what does Energy Mastery mean. 

Energy is our life force, the dictionary definition of energy is the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.

The dictionary definition of mastery is comprehensive knowledge or skill in a particular subject or activity.  When we place the 2 components together, we have vitality that sustains knowledge.

If we then place a spiritual definition into the mix, we have life-force vitality that sustains spiritual knowledge. For me this is what I call walking a sacred path that requires the implementation of 12 sacred steps leading on to the 13th step.

The 13th step is a place of completion in every moment. It is walking the way of the spirit in human form. 

Let us look at the differences between a spiritual path and a non-spiritual path:

1.      Perspective - a spiritual path sees only the positive of a divine power working for good.

2.     Thoughts – a spiritual path leads you to listen to your heart and soul and releases the mind from its self-created myths.

3.     Time-out – a spiritual path leads you into oneness with yourself and nature.

4.     Truth – a spiritual path leads you to advance your beliefs through a deep cosmic connection.

5.     Trust – a spiritual path calls you to increase the trust you have in yourself.

6.     Faith - a spiritual path develops your ability to hold heavenly faith.

7.     Desire - a spiritual path ignites the inspiration, the eternal flame of creative potential.

8.     Life - a spiritual path will bring you the clarity on life’s journey.

9.     Meditation - a spiritual path connects you to your intuition and other realms of reality.

10.  Purpose - a spiritual path uncovers the bliss of your blueprint, to do what you are here to do.

11.   Receive - a spiritual path shows you the power of prayer, every ask is answered.

12.  Feeling - a spiritual path allows you to flow with the feeling of appreciation.

And finally, the 13th step knowing the importance of life and leadership releases you from a need or a want, a place where everything presents itself in perfection of divine timing.  The feeling of freedom comes through knowing everything is whole and complete is every moment, thus ever evolving the 12 sacred steps into a higher flow and frequency. 

The energy of higher realms of conscious awareness will present continually to you, if you are prepared to make a commitment to yourself. In every moment, the fulfilment of life is seen through the lens of your eyes.

This spiritual perspective creates changes in the perception of your reality, which is a higher frequency to reach. Ever reminding us to appreciate the present moment as a gift from which to learn to lead from.  As we create from a place of peace and serenity the spirit within us excels in purpose, potential and prosperity.
