The ecology of nature requires each organism to have an innate knowledge of its purpose and individual role as the primary factor in the allowing of the evolution of the whole into its total flourishment.    

What is natural ecology?

The natural ecosystem is a community of living and non-living organisms, where each component interacts together as a unit through biological, physical and chemical processes. The distinctiveness of natural ecosystems is that they are purely natural and their formations are not in any way influenced by human activity.

Our humanness works on the premise of the exact same ecosystem that naturally evolves growth and potential. We have completely separated from our individual spirit, purpose, and a way of living that promotes wellness, potentiality and governs the fulfilment of togetherness. 

Here are a few indicators of what has happened. 

1.    We seek to be the same as others and not our individual essence.

2.    We follow and do not lead.

3.    We have little association with what we are here to do. We just conform to a “norm”.

4.    We are separated from our natural intelligence force.

5.    We fail to fully acknowledge how important the unity of the whole is and its individual impact upon ourselves. 

6.    We become impressed by the ego of external gratification 

7.    We limit our ability to feel 

8.    We stagnate and sabotage our own evolution of potential for unlimited sustainability. 

What can you do to begin the journey to return to a more natural self and a sustainable way of being?

1.    Be bold, be brave, be you. Stop conforming.

2.    Lead from your authenticity and not others’ expectations

3.    Seek within through meditation and time in nature to discover more of who you are and what you are here to do.

4.    Consistently develop your personal and professional integrity as you know it to be.

5.    Take responsibility for your own thoughts and actions. Know they influence others. 

6.    Drop the I am or the expert. We never know it all. Humbly offer your experiences for the greater good. 

7.    Your ability to use more than your 5 senses will ignite your emotional, mindful, and spiritual intelligences.

8.    Unity has no hierarchy. Speak your beauty in your every breathe. 

Creating certainty comes from our ability to be more conscious. When you are connected more spiritually to yourself, to others, to your purpose, to the planet and the infinite Universe, you know the natural order of how things need to be.   

The wisdom is within You.  

 My question to myself and to you is this…

• Am I prepared to respond more to what I need to change and act upon? 

• Life and Leadership is a journey not a destination. Step onto your own sacred path, seek a new way.
